Single Process Hair Color: $90-$180+
Double Process Hair Color: $180-$360+
Are you looking to go all over blonde or do an all over fantasy color for the first time? These appointments start at $350 for short hair and $550 for medium/long hair. If your hair is extra thick or if you have pre existing hair color, the price may increase. All hair color services $200 and up include gratuity and require a $150 deposit to secure an appointment.
Return Clients/Routine Maintenance Color:
If I have done your hair color before and you would like to book the same service as last time such as a routine root touch up or highlights, please email me at contact@wavelengthhairbk.com and include your general and upcoming availability. If we are doing something different or if you’d like to change anything, please fill out questions 1 and 2 listed below.
New Clients/Bigger Changes: Please email me at contact@wavelengthhairbk.com and include and answer the following:
Recent photos of your hair in natural lighting (outdoor lighting works great)
Reference photos of what you’d like done and/or a brief description of what you’re looking to do
What is your hair color history (of the hair currently on your head)? Was your hair previously colored? Did you do it yourself or was it done professionally?
Have you ever had an allergic reaction to hair dye?
Have you ever used Henna dye on the hair currently on your head?
What is your upcoming and general availability?

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
Haircut Appointments: A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule. If the required notice isn’t given, a fee of 50% of the service cost will be charged to the credit card on file. If you are more than 10 minutes late to your appointment, we may have to reschedule in order to give you the quality of service you deserve.
Single Process Hair Color Appointments: A minimum of 48 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If the required notice isn’t given, a fee of 50% of the service cost will be charged to the credit card on file. If you arrive 15 mins late or later to your appointment we may not have enough time to fully blow dry your hair at the end of your appointment. If you’re running 30 mins late or later you may be charged as a no show.
Double Process Hair Color Appointments: A $150 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment.
Cancellation and Rescheduling Fees: The $150 deposit will be applied toward your service unless you cancel or reschedule within less than 7 days of your appointment. Fees for late changes are as follows:
4-6 days before appointment: $50
3 days before appointment: $100
48 hours or less before appointment: $150
If you cancel and decide not to reschedule, the deposit is forfeited.
Repeat Rescheduling: If the same appointment is cancelled or rescheduled twice, full prepayment will be required for future bookings and further rescheduling will not be allowed.
How to Cancel or Reschedule your Appointment:
More than 48 hours before your appointment: Use the link in your confirmation email.
• Within 48 hours of your appointment: Text or email me directly to make changes.
Late Cancellations/Reschedules Due to Illness: If you are feeling unwell, please contact me as soon as possible to let me know. I understand that illness can arise unexpectedly, and I prioritize the health and safety of all my clients. In such cases:
If you notify me promptly about your illness as soon as you feel unwell or suspect you may not be able to make your appointment, the cancellation/rescheduling fee may be waived as a one-time courtesy. Even if it’s outside regular business hours, the more notice you provide, the better chance I have to adjust my schedule.
If frequent illness-related cancellations occur, You will be charged a cancellation fee and asked for prepayment to secure future appointments.
If you have a medical condition which prevents you from being able to commit to providing the required notice in the cancellation policy, please let me know when scheduling. I want to accommodate you.
