We are a collective of independent stylists. Each stylist has their own policies when it comes to payment, cancellation, rescheduling, and more which you can find listed on their individual booking websites, linked on the Team & Services page. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment please contact your stylist directly via the contact method listed on their booking website.
We are committed to providing a respectful, welcoming, and professional environment for both clients and staff. We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service for behavior that is disruptive, aggressive, harassing, threatening, discriminatory, or otherwise inappropriate.
